Friends And Family Registration

This registration form is for Friends and Family members who are planning on joining athletes on tour. Once you have completed the registration you will need to make a deposit to secure your spot on the tour. Please make sure you have your deposit in by the deadline given to you from AIST. You must confirm with AIST if we still have space available on the tour if you have not done so. Space is limited and cost is only guaranteed as quoted by AIST.   • If you do not know the exact dates, just put the year and/or month. We will know from there.
  • Let us know what kind of travel package you would like. If you plan to fly with the group and join the tour for the whole time, you'll need the complete package. If you want to extend your stay or join only for part of the tour, you'll need to purchase your airline ticket separately. Also, we only have a limited number of reserved seats with the group. Make sure you have confirmed a seat with AIST if you plan to fly with the group. Deviations are not allowed on group airline tickets. Choose the ground package if you need to travel on different dates from the group. Gateway city is the airport we will depart from as a group on the complete package.   • We will do our best to accommodate you and your family in any manner you would like. Keep in mind that single rooms require a supplement of $500 unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to share a double with the athlete for the same cost as the athlete unless otherwise quoted. Triple rooms create a discount price for families traveling together. Contact AIST for price quotes. Quad rooms are not available for all destinations.

    AIST does not provide individual travel insurance. We highly recommend travel insurance. AIST has a couple of agents that can help you with travel insurance but we do not sell the insurnce.
