Please review the Terms and Conditions. You must agree to these terms and conditions before you can travel.

It's very important that you understand the cancellation policy. We have to follow a very strict cancellation policy due to the contracts with our suppliers. In addition, it's important that we keep the team together by recruiting players who will stand by their commitment to represent the USA with an AIST team.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

The initial deposit at time of registration is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. There are no exceptions for the cancellation fee. Please make sure you understand the commitment you are making prior to putting in your deposit.

A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total trip cost (land and air) will be assessed for cancellations between 130 and 110 days prior to departure. A cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total trip cost (land and air) will be assessed for cancellations between 109 and 60 days prior to departure. Cancellations made within 59 days of departure will receive no refund. All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail to AIST at info@aist.us. AIST will do their best to eliminate cancellation fees when possible however, this is dependent upon our suppliers and the timing of your cancellation of the tour.

We highly recommend trip insurance.

If AIST cancels a tour due to lack of interest, all passengers will receive a full refund for money received.

Airline tickets:

All airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We must have correct and legal spelling of participant’s name as it reads on his or her passport. Responsibility for accuracy of the information given lies within the participant. Any name changes will incur a change fee of $350.

The fundraising options below are only partners of AIST. You will need to contact the companies below directly to start your campaign. We are providing you with these options to help you find some of the most successful ways to make your tour possible. It is each players responsibility to make sure they stay within the NCAA guidelines. AIST is not responsible for illegal fundraising efforts.

We never want to see an athlete miss out on this experience due to financial barriers. We choose our partners very carefully and the folks at OnlineDonations are ready to help you reach out to close friends, family, and relatives to help offset the cost of your trip.
As the pioneers of the online fundraising platform, they have years of experience - they know what works and what doesn't. Players don't sell anything, supporters don't buy anything. Unlike many other online options, they offer full support via phone or email and will do their best to help make your dream trip a reality. Whether your efforts are part of a team campaign, or you're an individual looking for financial support, their method of raising money is proven and effective.
They're ready to help and a campaign for your group has already been designed. Simply click on the icon below and complete the short information form. A dedicated member of their staff will contact you within 24 hours.

If you have questions about how the fund raising process works, please send an email to Byron Brewer at byron@onlinedonations.us and he will get right back to you with the information you need.

Other Fundraising Options
Here are some great at-home fundraising options!

Friends and Family of AIST Players!

Friends and Family are always welcome to join our tours. The inclusions for friends and family members would be the same with exception of the uniforms and playing time of course. They will be on the bus and included in all the activities and meals the athletes are receiving. We can provide a first class tour with the group and you won't have to worry about where to stay, how to get around or the best places to see. We will have a complete tour set up for you with a full time guide to help you get around. You'll also have the flexibility to do your own thing if that's what you prefer.

Keep in mind that our tours are catered to the athletes and we will schedule everything around the games and tournaments as needed. We encourage the support and will do our best to make it an exciting trip for everyone involved.

Cost for Friends and Family

There are discounts available for passengers joining the tour with the athletes, depending on the destination of your tour and how many people are joining the athlete.

Discount available if deposited before January 1, 2018(per/person): $150 less than quoted package as long as you are in a double or triple room.

If you require a single room a supplement of $500 is added to your package cost (same cost as the athlete plus $500).

Special arrangements can be made for you to meet the group if you do not want to stay for the entire trip. If you have interest in joining our group please call 816.256.3828 or email us at info@aist.us to confirm we have availability.

Common Questions about TEAM AIST

  • How did I get selected to be a part of this team? We take great pride in selecting top quality athletes, our goal is to field a competitive team for each tour or tournament we enter. You were selected based on your stats from a previous season, a coach’s recommendation or your performance at a showcase event. AIST does not mass mail invitations just to fill positions, we work hard to make sure we are getting solid athletes to represent the USA.
  • How many people make the team and will I get to play if I decide to go? We keep the rosters small so that everyone will get to play. We will give each athlete the opportunity to showcase their talents throughout the tour. On tours where we only have exhibition games, all players will have an equal amount of playing time. If we are playing in a tournament, there may be circumstances where the best athletes play in order for us to win a championship, but everyone will have the opportunity to earn those positions.
  • What other costs should I be aware of? We try to make sure everyone knows what they will spend on tour. Our packages are all inclusive with the exception of the following:

Connecting Airfare – This is if you need a flight to get to our gateway city for departure

Airline Fuel Surcharges – This fee is imposed by the airlines if fuel prices are high at the time of ticketing 2-3 months prior to departure( It can be anywhere from $0 – $200 depending on the airline and fuel prices)

Some Meals – We usually include breakfast every day and 2-4 dinners depending on the tour

Additional Sightseeing – There may be some entrance fees to additional sightseeing options

Tip Money and additional spending money – It’s important to bring tip money for our bus drivers and tour guides, about $20-30 in total for 11 day tour. We recommend bringing an additional $35-45 per day to cover additional expenses on most tours

Personal Travel Insurance – We recommend purchasing travel insurance as it is not included in the tour. Contact Angela Hecht at 631.752.8024 or ahecht@responseco.com. AIST does not sell personal travel insurance.

To be eligible for our AIST select teams you will need to fill out the player profile form below.  We take great pride in the level of players representing AIST.  We want AIST to be a good fit for you and make sure that your abilities are of the appropriate level of play for this event.
