If you are interested in reserving a spot on an AIST tour, the first thing you should do is to browse through the different sports tours that we offer, including the destinations, dates, and prices.

Once you have found a tour that you are interested in, review the tour details and ensure you meet the eligibility requirements. For example, some tours may have age or skill level requirements.

Apply & Confirm

After reviewing the tour details and confirming eligibility, you can then complete an online application. We will ask for basic personal information as well as any relevant sports experience.

Once the application has been submitted, we will respond regarding the status of your application. If accepted, you will receive further instructions on how to confirm you spot on the tour and make a payment to secure your reservation.

Prepare for your tour

You will receive detailed information and instructions to prepare for your upcoming tour. You can expect to receive a detailed itinerary outlining the daily schedule, transportation, accommodations, and activities, as well as a packing list to ensure you're bring everything you need.

Additionally, if the tour requires any travel documents, such as visas or passports, we will provide instructions on how to obtain these documents and any necessary vaccinations or health precautions.

We also provide information on how to make any final payments and may schedule a pre-tour meeting where you can meet your fellow travelers and tour leaders, ask questions, and receive additional information about the tour.
